About Us

My Personal Training does not focus on a time Frame, it focuses on now. We take One Day at A Time.  Learning and recognizing the emotional aspect of our journey and also the core, for mine has been stretched many times. And also understanding this is just not about weight and food, it’s about our life.  We will have our ups and downs, but it is important to realize that is ok  My mission it to get you to save on your medical bills. I ask you to exercise and eat right before the doctor ask you to do that plus 5 more things.   Taking one Day at a Time is the most important aspect of your Journey.   I teach you to cook quickly and healthy foods after every session getting you in the habit of eating after you work out. Every day is your day to listen to your body and do what you can do.  My main objective is for you to learn how to try new things and get to enjoy working out and experience new things.  How do you know if you never tried it.   My mission will never stop, from the beginning my daughters have been there with me through boot camps, home trainings, eating no fast food, and as simple as running around the lake. During this time it made me want to pursue fitness more because of the enjoyment and amusement having my daughter’s with me.  I want others to feel the way I do when working out

No matter your level of fitness, our certified personal training staff will design an exercise program, providing you a more efficient and productive workout with the knowledge, safety and motivation you need to achieve real results.             GROUP TRAINING

 

Our group fitness classes offer something everyone and our classes are for every level.  All of the excerises can be modified to meet your specific needs while yet remaining challenging.  Find inspiration in numbers with high-intensity strength training classes that not only build muscle, but improve bone density, burn calories and boost metabolism. During your weight or strength training class, you can expect to burn 400 – 600 calories*, and also maintain a significant metabolism boost throughout the day. All classes are suitable for all levels of fitness and exercise experience.
